With the help of Copilot for Microsoft 365<\/a>, translating an email in Outlook has never been easier. Copilot can help you quickly and accurately translate emails from one language to another, making communication with colleagues, clients, and partners from different parts of the world easy.<\/p>\n

Scenario<\/h2>\n

Imagine you\u2019re collaborating with a colleague from France. You draft an email in English, but you want to ensure they understand your message. You use the \u201cTranslate\u201d feature to convert your email into French before sending it.<\/p>\n

To translate an email in Outlook, simply draft the email you want to translate and initiate Copilot by instructing it to translate the email by saying, “Translate this email\u201d and the target language for the translation.<\/p>\n
